聚羧酸高效減水劑的分子設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:依據(jù)減水劑的作用機(jī)理,用自制單體設(shè)計(jì)、合成一種新型聚羧酸鹽減水劑,得出其最佳合成配方及工藝為:m(馬來(lái)酸酐):m(丙烯酸聚乙二醇單酯):m(丙烯基磺酸鈉)=1:3:2.4;選用1%的K2S2O8為引發(fā)劑、反應(yīng)溫度85℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間6H。試制產(chǎn)品性能測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:該聚羧酸減水劑具有優(yōu)良的分散能力、和易性好,其最佳摻量為0.3%,能顯著減小水泥凈漿的流動(dòng)度經(jīng)時(shí)損失。經(jīng)紅外光譜分析表明,合成產(chǎn)物的分子結(jié)構(gòu)與設(shè)計(jì)的分子結(jié)構(gòu)基本一致。
